NDA Policy

1. Purpose

The34Club is built on confidentiality. This NDA Policy describes the mutual non-disclosure commitments that apply between The34Club ("we", "us", "our"), member agencies, and any recipient of an off-market opportunity shared through the platform.

2. Confidential Information

Confidential information includes, without limitation:

• Property listings, addresses, pricing, and media not published on any portal
• Owner and buyer identities, mandates, and contact details
• Match results, negotiation terms, offers, and deal documents
• Any material shared through a private Nexus link

3. Member Obligations

• Use confidential information solely to evaluate or progress a specific deal
• Do not republish, advertise, or forward off-market material to third parties
• Do not contact an owner or buyer introduced by another agency directly
• Restrict internal access to staff who need it for the deal at hand

4. Nexus Link Recipients

Access to a property through a private Nexus link is conditioned on acceptance of these confidentiality terms. Links are personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time by the sharing agency.

5. Duration & Breach

Confidentiality obligations survive for five (5) years after the information is received, or until the information becomes public through no fault of the recipient. Breach may result in suspension or termination of membership and any remedies available under applicable law.
